We now know from Gerald Pollack’s research that water has four phases – solid, liquid, gas, and liquid-crystalline. In the same way that plants use the sun’s energy to create their food, water uses radiant heat for building water structure. Liquid-crystalline water has many applications in human health, as well as in other fields of science.
