Ball, however goes deeper in his work, saying that in order to fully understand how the human brain works, an understanding of quantum theory is necessary.
Implications for AI
As we know more about the nature of the universe we inhabit, we begin to see the interconnectedness of our physical realities and the sciences we have developed. In order for us to fully grasp the implications of current and future scientific discoveries, we will need to find its connection with human life and purpose.
