Addiction to screens is a “you” problem

Nir Eyal once taught Silicon Valley how to keep their audiences glued to their screens. Now he is teaching consumers how to undo the addiction he helped create.

In this New York Times article written by Nellie Bowles, we are introduced to Nir Eyal, the very person who has written the Silicon Valley manual for hooking people to technology. This time, however, Eyal is now helping individuals cure their tech addiction.
